Eastlake combined
great pitching and great hitting as they beat Roosevelt 20-1 in 5
innings. Adam Nutley pitched a complete game, giving up 1 hit, no
walks, striking out 8 and giving up no earned runs. He had a
perfect game going until the 5th inning.
Sean Rockey hit a
grand slam and had 6 RBI's. Sean Teague hit a home run and a
double for 4
RBI's. Danny Ballance, Bryan Yates, and Tim Ahern each had 2 RBI's
and Ted Hickey added an RBI. Ted Hickey and Sean Rockey each
scored 3 times.
