Eastlake 1
Eastlake lost
another tough game Tuesday afternoon at Garfield High School in
Seattle. Adam Nutley pitched 4 no-hit shutout innings with 3
strikeouts and only 1 walk. Eastlake took the lead when L.P.
Angelo's RBI double in the top of the fifth sent Sean Rockey home
from second base. Unfortunately, Eastlake couldn't hold the lead
as Garfield scored 3 runs in the bottom of the fifth and held on
to win the game.
L.P. Angelo had
Eastlake's only RBI. Bryan Yates and Sean Rockey both had 2 hits
each. L.P., Bryan Yates, and Ben Campbell all hit doubles. Nick
Whitworth added a hit for Eastlake.
